4. Service Limitations
While we strive for the highest quality, the output of our services is dependent on the quality of the input images. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the processed images. We will, however, revise our work until you are satisfied, within reasonable limits.
5. Intellectual Property
All processed images remain the property of the client. However, by submitting images for processing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the images for promotional purposes (e.g. portfolio, social media) unless you explicitly opt out in writing at the time of submission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate submissions. Submitted images must not depict illegal content of any kind.
7. Turnaround and Delivery
We endeavour to deliver all standard projects within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods. We will communicate any delays promptly.
8. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions on all projects until the client is satisfied with the result, provided the revision requests fall within the scope of the original service requested. Significant changes in scope may require a revised quote.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa, within the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
